We had considered the question &#8216;what is your true name?&#8217; as a way to identify our spiritual gifts.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.stephanie-blog.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/235647_013_11a.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-309\" alt=\"235647_013_11a\" src=\"http:\/\/www.stephanie-blog.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/235647_013_11a.jpg\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1092\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>So, if enabling true reflections is my gift, what does it mean?<\/p>\n<p>As I understand it, it includes:<\/p>\n<p>reflecting back to people what they say, in order that they hear\/see clearly what they themselves are saying;<\/p>\n<p>listening deeply to people which can enable them to hear themselves as well as be heard;<\/p>\n<p>acting as a mirror that\/who people can &#8216;bounce&#8217; ideas off, without the input of my personal ideas;<\/p>\n<p>facilitating small groups in such a way that people can perceive deeper truths in their lives.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.stephanie-blog.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/Photo30_27.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-308\" alt=\"Photo30_27\" src=\"http:\/\/www.stephanie-blog.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/Photo30_27.jpg\" width=\"1908\" height=\"1272\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Quite a responsibility. But something I have been doing increasingly over the years, learning all the time. Learning how to do this work better.
