lawn mower, the heating<\/p>\n
control. Just breathe.<\/p>\n

The silence is thick,<\/p>\n

Surrounds me like a blanket,<\/p>\n
holds me like a babe-in-arms.<\/p>\n
I am safe, secure, but<\/p>\n
not confined or restricted.<\/p>\n
Words may come, someone<\/p>\n
may listen aloud. I may<\/p>\n
hear the light and it may<\/p>\n
terrify me, strengthen me.<\/p>\n
Or I may just be,<\/p>\n
just be a little more what I am, what I truly am.<\/p>\n
